There’s a misconception that you have to be funny to do improv, when in fact it’s more about supporting each other to find the funny. Improvisers ‘going for the joke’ as opposed to building the scene with their partner(s) will find their scenes more difficult. Learning to support your team and trust each other creates a better outcome, the same way it does in business. So in that sense, anyone can be an improviser. It’s all about building trust!

Pat is a knowledgable improv teacher who’s able to connect with many different personality types. The team was fully engaged and have really embraced the 'yes and' mentality that Pat taught us. I highly recommend Pat for anyone looking for an engaging and practical team building event.
